Application Scenario

    1. Increased Detection Requirements: As display manufacturing standards rise, there are higher demands for screen inspection precision and efficiency. Conventional cameras with resolutions below 100 million pixels are gradually becoming inadequate for these inspection needs. To improve detection efficiency for display manufacturers, industrial cameras with megapixel resolutions above 100 million have become essential components in screen inspection.

    2. Complex Defects: LCD panels may exhibit various defects such as pixel flaws, image quality issues, brightness inconsistencies, and moiré patterns, all of which require high standards in visual inspection.
